The design of suspended and cantilevered bottle lift cylinders and bottle platforms allows easy, unrestricted remove of broken glass following bottle explosion which, with the addition of well protective of piston rods, minimizes the risk of damage of sliding surface of cylinders.
4. High efficiency and low beverage loss: Owing to the special constructions features the machinery can run at high speed with low rate of glass broken. In the event of bottle breakage a burst flushing system can remove any fragments from the bottle platform, filling valve and centering bell assembly, filling valve automatically be closed in very short time avoiding beverage and gas loss.
